AIA introduces the Financial Associate Scheme

Are you a fresh graduate hungry to start your career? Tired of your current position and want a switch up? Or have you been a diligent full-time mother and are now looking to get back into the workforce?

The AIA financial Associate Scheme (FAS) aims to offer an opportunity to individuals that are looking to enter the financial sales industry but hesitate because of existing financial responsibilities they may already have or any other inhibiting reasons.

The scheme preps candidates for a successful and rewarding financial sales career by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge.

All candidates will be put through a comprehensive skills training programme that will teach job-specific training and a foundational understanding of the life of an insurance agent. Apart from this, training and guidance will also be provided to help candidates succeed in this industry and move towards a managerial path. If a candidate is successful in completing the training, they will have the opportunity to earn a base salary ranging from $2,700 to $8,000 per month plus quarterly performance-based bonuses, as well as Central Provident Fund contributions, annual leave, and medical benefits. Employees that show expectational performance will receive full commissions while those who underperform will be subject to review under terms and conditions.

Successful candidates will be working directly under the AIA company but will report to the agency they are working under. The working situation and hours are of a normal 9-5 office job at the beginning as you pick up the necessary skillsets to excel the career. Additionally, leads will be provided to employees by both AIA and the agencies they’ll be under.

If you are interested in pursuing this worthwhile opportunity, get in contact with us and get started right away. Let’s not put our future on hold.
