Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Proactively source, screen, and recruit top candidates for financial advisor roles through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role. Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and motivations.
- Job Advertising & Promotion: Write and post compelling job advertisements that highlight the benefits of a career as a financial advisor and attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring that candidates match the desired personality traits, experience, and qualifications.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the interview process by scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties.
- Referral Program Management: Actively encourage and facilitate employee referrals from current team members to expand the candidate pool and increase the chances of successful placements.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Assist candidates in understanding job offers and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Performance Tracking: Keep track of all candidates in your pipeline, monitor your placement success, and report on progress to hiring managers regularly.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services or sales industries.
- Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to source, engage, and place candidates effectively through various recruitment channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
