AIA Financial Associate Scheme (FAS)

The AIA Financial Associate Scheme is meticulously designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the financial services sector.

Candidates will engage in a comprehensive skills training program, receiving job-specific training and developing a fundamental understanding of the life insurance industry. As part of their career development, they will participate in training programs designed to boost their success in this field and advance toward managerial roles.

The scheme offers eligible candidates a stable and structured compensation model, including a monthly base salary and enticing quarterly bonuses. Candidates will be employed directly by AIA Singapore, enjoying full-time employee benefits such as CPF contributions, annual leave, and medical benefits (applicable only to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents).

AIA Entrepreneur Power Scheme (EPS)

Whether you’re a recent graduate with a desire for accelerated success or a mid-career professional seeking a change, you can make a positive impact on lives while fast-tracking your career in the financial services industry through the AIA Entrepreneur Power Scheme (EPS).

The AIA EPS is a 2-year program, where successful applicants undergo a 12-month training program and receive a monthly allowance for up to 24 months upon meeting validation requirements.

During the initial 2 months, new Consultants will attend a comprehensive training program (3 days a week) accredited by The Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF)—a reputable mark of quality for finance professionals in Singapore. This program covers essential insights into the insurance industry, financial planning fundamentals, product knowledge, professional skills, and key tools for a successful career. From the third month onward, new Consultants will continue to participate in monthly trainings focused on leadership and sales excellence.

At least 21 years old
Minimum qualifications: GCE ‘A’ Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore, or equivalent
