Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and
    practices are executed
  • Manage relationships with executive search firms and recruitment agencies.
  • Proactively provide market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as competitive research
  • Able to pipeline for critical positions
  • Provide a leading-edge candidate experience
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach planned sales targets
  • Setting individual sales targets with the team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sales team leader in the financial services industry, with a proven track record
  • Strong analyzing skills and portfolio management
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and the ability to manage competing demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect,
    competence and confidence among stakeholders, peers, and candidates.
  • Ability to lead a sales team
