Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met and that internal recruiting policy and
practices are executed - Provide a leading-edge candidate experience
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach planned sales targets
- Setting individual sales targets with the team
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience with proven wealth management sales track
record - Strong analyzing skills and portfolio management
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, influencing skills and the ability to manage competing demands
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect,
competence and confidence among stakeholders, peers, and candidates. - Ability to lead a sales team
